This is a proceeding brought by the Government under the provisions of Section 338 of the Nationality Code, enacted October 14, 1940, 8 U.S.C.A. § 738, for the purpose of revoking and setting aside the order of this court admitting the defendant, Albert Erfried Polzin, to citizenship on February 12, 1934, and canceling the certificate of naturalization issued to him, on the ground that such order and certificate were fraudulently and illegally...
