Greis as trustee in reorganization proceedings under § 77, sub. b, of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 205, sub. b, for the Deep Rock Oil Corporation, a Delaware corporation engaged in the production and wholesale distribution of petroleum products, to recover the sale price of gasoline and oil which the corporation claimed to have sold and delivered to the defendants during the month of October 1939...
