This is a patent case in which plaintiff charges the defendant with the infringement of all the claims, except claims 6 and 10, of the United States Patent No. 1499472, issued to plaintiff, Hazen C. Pratt, July 1, 1924, for "Airplane Landing Mechanism." On February 8, 1937, this court rendered its decision sustaining claims 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 as valid and infringed. Hazen C.
