In this case the District Court allowed recovery of certain sums found to be due the appellees, employees of appellant, under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., as unpaid overtime compensation, liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees.
