The following are substantially the allegations of plaintiff's complaint: plaintiff, an Alabama corporation, made an offer to the Federal Works Agency to purchase certain real estate owned by the United States, and the latter agency accepted the offer on March 30, 1940. Under the terms of the offer, plaintiff bid $255,010 for the property, payable in certain stated installments over a period of ten years from date of delivery of possession...
