At the same time Morris Miller (appellee) was the owner of certain unimproved property in Montgomery County, Maryland. Bradley, Beall & Howard, Inc. (appellant), was a real estate broker in the District of Columbia. As the result of the efforts of the latter, on the 5th day of June, 1936, Schwinn and Miller entered into a written contract...
