The case is this: In 1936 Schwinn, Inc., was the owner of certain improved property in the District of Columbia. At the same time Morris Miller (appellee) was the owner of certain unimproved property in Montgomery County, Maryland. Bradley, Beall & Howard, Inc. (appellant), was a real estate broker in the District of Columbia. As the result of the efforts of the latter, on the 5th day of June, 1936, Schwinn and Miller entered into a written contract...
