The issue presented by this appeal is whether a court of bankruptcy may, under § 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, permit a farmer-bankrupt's farm to be foreclosed in State proceedings because of the bankrupt's failure to make repairs to the premises and payments on current and back taxes, as directed by the bankruptcy court.
