These are cross-appeals in suits instituted by four porters, commonly known as "red caps", employed at the Union Station at Raleigh, North Carolina, to recover minimum wages and liquidated damages under section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1069, 29 U.S.C.A. § 216(b).
