This is an action for infringement of United States Letters Patent, No. 1,820,624, brought by the plaintiff, the assignee of Victor V. Kunkel, to whom Letters Patent were issued on August 25, 1931. At a pre-trial hearing the issues were limited to claimed infringements of claims No. 1, No. 5 and No. 6 of the patent in suit, and claim of defendant that plaintiff's patent is not valid in that alleged inventions set forth in claims...
