This is a petition to review an order of the Federal Trade Commission which directed the petitioner to "cease and desist" from using the words "engraved," "engraving," or "engravers" to describe their stationery or the process by which they make it. That process is to engrave a metal plate in the usual way, but not to ink it; next to print the text or design upon the paper with ordinary type; finally to press the printed paper upon the surface of the plate...
