The above matter was heard by me without a jury. Upon the call of the case the attorneys for the plaintiffs moved that R. D. Miller, as Trustee, be joined as a party plaintiff, he being the assignee of five certain judgments. No objection being made, this motion was granted and R. D. Miller, as Trustee, is, therefore, joined as a plaintiff in this cause. A stipulation of facts was thereupon filed, considerable documentary evidence introduced...
