This is a suit under the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 400. The plaintiff, Trinity Universal Insurance Company, the insurer, seeks a judgment declaratory of the rights and liabilities of the respective parties under a policy of insurance issued to the defendant David G.
