This is an appeal from a decree remanding to a conciliation commissioner a debtor's petition amended under Section 75, sub. s, of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S. C.A. § 203, sub. s, with instructions to dismiss for want of jurisdiction because the debtor was not a "farmer", within the purview of the section, at the time his petition was filed.
