This appeal is from a decree in the admiralty, holding the ferryboat, Meadville, solely liable for a collision between herself and the claimant's ferryboat, Scranton, in the North River on July 14, 1940 about 1,000 feet off Pier 25 on the Manhattan side, in broad daylight and clear weather.
