The charges of violation of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., brought against the employer in this unusual case grow out of the employer's encouragement of a labor organization affiliated with the American Federation of Labor to unionize its plant in order to forestall the efforts to that end of an affiliate of the Congress of Industrial Organization.
