By order of this court, certain sections of chapter X of the present Bankruptcy Act, 11 U. S.C.A. § 501 et seq., have been made applicable to these proceedings. Among them are sections 171 and 174, which provide for approval of a plan of reorganization before it is submitted for acceptance.
