Johnson, one of the judges of this district, on May 9, 1934, and entered a plea of guilty to the charges contained in the indictment, and was thereafter placed on probation on Count three of the indictment. Subsequently, the defendant having violated certain laws of the United States of America, the sentence of probation on Count three of the indictment was revoked by order of the writer...
