This appeal grows out of a suit in admiralty for the damages to each of two vessels resulting from their collision. The Atlantic Refining Company, as owner of the one vessel, a tanker (the "Bohemian Club"), filed a libel against the other, a motor ship (the "Laura Maersk"). A. P.
