This is an appeal from a decree in the admiralty holding the New York Central tug "No. 32" solely liable for a collision between a loaded car float which she had in tow, and the tug "Bon" and a tanker which the "Bon" had in tow. The collision was in the East River off Pier 33 on the Manhattan shore; it took place after dark at about ten forty-five on the evening of July 30.
