The facts essential to the decision as to plaintiff's right to recover show that, in March 1928, plaintiff's husband purchased five $10,000 single payment ten-year endowment policies, all of which matured May 15, 1935. At the time the policies were issued, each of them was by a special endorsement made payable to plaintiff in monthly installments. The policies were issued with reservation to plaintiff's husband, as the insured, to change the beneficiary...
