The present case began as a civil complaint in the court below, filed by the United States, on request of the Secretary of Agriculture, under § 8a(6) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, 48 Stat. 31, as amended by 48 Stat. 670, 675, and further amended by 49 Stat. 750, and as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 50 Stat. 246, 7 U.S.C.A. § 608a(6), hereinafter referred to as the Act.
