This matter is before me on the defendant's demurrer to the indictment and his motion for a bill of particulars.

The indictment, consisting of two counts, charges the defendant with violations of Section 215 of the Criminal Code, 18 U.S.C. A. § 338, commonly referred to as the Mail Fraud Statute.
