FOSTER, Circuit Judge.

This suit was brought by Ruth Ravell to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by leaking gas and an explosion in the pipe line of appellant. It was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict for $10,000, upon which judgment was entered. Error is assigned to the refusal of the trial court to direct a verdict.
