The appellants, Puget Sound Freight Lines and Pacific Indemnity Company, an employer and its insurance carrier, respectively, filed a libel in the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Washington, Northern Division, seeking to have set aside an award in favor of one F. Jondro, which award was rendered under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, c. 509, 44 Stat. 1424...
