This was an action tried to a jury for damages under the Wisconsin Safe Place Statute, Secs. 101.01 and 101.06, Wisconsin Statutes. At the conclusion of the testimony, defendant moved for a directed verdict. Under Rule 50(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, the court reserved ruling.
