This is an appeal in bankruptcy from an order of the judge affirming on review two orders of the referee.

The two orders of the referee affirmed by the judge were made on the same day. One of the orders denied a motion of the three appellants challenging the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court to hear and determine a petition of the trustee for a turn-over order.
