On February 25, 1937, an involuntary petition under Section 77B of the then existing Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207, was filed in the district court by three creditors of the 4500 North Hermitage Avenue Apartments Corporation, a corporation (hereinafter referred to as the debtor), one of which creditors was appellant, Cloverdale State Bank.
