By plea in abatement (as amended) the defendant contends (1) that the Grand Jury for the September Term, 1941, was illegally constituted and that the indictment returned against him was therefore invalid, and (2) that the defendant was compelled to appear and testify before the Grand Jury in violation of his constitutional rights.
