Upon the trial of this cause most of the essential facts were either admitted or uncontroverted. In so far as the defendant questioned the right of the plaintiff to maintain this action as the agent of the respective parties mentioned in the complaint, the court finds against the contention of the defendant; that is, the court finds that Hubert Hargrave is entitled to maintain this action as the agent of those parties named in the complaint....
