This is an unfair competition cause in which the plaintiff seeks an injunction, etc., for the alleged infringement of its common law rights because of the defendant's use of the corporate name "Famous Funn Family, Inc."; the individual co-defendant is the sole stockholder of the corporate defendant, and caused the latter to be organized.
