The appellees are husband and wife. They are engaged in owning and operating a farm in Crawford County, Missouri, containing 109 acres. While they had pending in the district court a proceeding under § 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, Frazier-Lemke Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, the appellant obtained a judgment against them in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Missouri, in a suit instituted by the appellant for the purpose of quieting title...
