This case was tried without a jury by an agreement of the parties. Plaintiff claims damages for personal injuries. On the 8th of January last plaintiff was driving a transport truck northwardly on Highway Number 71. At a point about one mile south of the boundary line between Jasper and Newton Counties he had a collision with a truck and trailer being operated on behalf of the defendant.
