This is an appeal in an action by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Receiver of the Parksley National Bank, of Parksley, Virginia, against certain of the directors of that bank, to recover assets of the bank transferred to them and to recover a money judgment for moneys of the bank alleged to have been received by them, in large part as collections made on these assets.
