These are appeals in an interference proceeding from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office. Two counts are involved. The Examiner of Interferences in his decision awarded priority of invention of the subject matter of both counts to the party Sonnenfeld. The Board of Appeals reversed the decision of the examiner as to count 1 and awarded priority of invention of the subject matter of that count to the party...
