These three libels, one in rem by the above-entitled British Corporation against the Greek steamship "George J. Goulandris", one in personam by the British Corporation against the owners of the steamship, and a cross-libel by the owners of the steamship against the cargo and the British Corporation as owner of the cargo, were heard together and involve one question, viz:—the right of the vessel to refuse to continue a chartered voyage...
