The Primary Examiner in the United States Patent Office rejected all of appellant's claims in an application relating to carburetors. The claims were numbered 8, 10, 13, 15, and 23 to 30, inclusive. The Board of Appeals affirmed the decision of the examiner, and appellant has appealed here from the decision of the board.
