The petition, filed June 13, 1941, alleges that in disobedience of an order and decree of this court, of date July 9, 1940, requiring respondents, upon request, to bargain collectively with Textile Workers Organizing Committee, they "have failed and refused to comply fully with and have disobeyed, resisted and disregarded * * * the aforesaid decree." Instead of bargaining collectively, in good faith with the union, as required by the decree...
