These appeals are from convictions under two separate indictments (consolidated for trial); the first, for a conspiracy to violate the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-7, 15 note; the second, for a conspiracy to violate the "Anti-Racketeering Act, 18 U.S.C.A. § 420a et seq."
