This is a proceeding to review an order of the Federal Trade Commission, directing present petitioner to cease and desist from certain practices in connection with the sale and distribution of certain medicinal preparations. The complaint was directed against Dr. Arthur A. Rock but during the pendency of the proceeding Dr. Rock died, and by agreement of the parties, present petitioner was substituted and it was agreed that the proceedings...
