The plaintiff, a Massachusetts corporation, manufactures and sells paper which is resistant to the effect of water, grease and the like, as a licensee under United States Patent No. 1,682,390, granted on the application of Alfred Lutz, for what will herein be called the Hydroiloid Process to make paper so resistant.
