This appeal arises out of an application for trustees', attorneys', architects,' engineers' and real estate brokers' fees and expenses allowed by the master and confirmed by the District Court in connection with corporate reorganization proceedings under § 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207. The petition for reorganization has now been dismissed because of the impossibility of securing the cooperation of the principal owners...
