When the plaintiff had completed the presentation of her evidence, counsel for the defendant, Bridger, moved for the dismissal of the action. This motion is now before the Court for disposition.

This action was brought by the plaintiff to recover damages for injuries which she sustained as a result of a fall from a horse. The plaintiff, while a guest at a hotel owned and operated by Bridger, was riding a horse obtained from a stable...
