This is a suit by the complainants under the Wage and Hour Law, commonly known as the Fair Labor Standards Act, § 1 et seq., 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The defendants, Earl Kidd and others, unincorporated, doing business under the name of Kidd Dairy & Ice Company, operate a small, independent ice plant in the City of Texarkana, Texas.
