Appellee sought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from appellant's negligence in the operation of its bus. The specific negligence alleged was that while she was following the bus in an automobile, appellant's employee who was operating the bus, suddenly and without warning applied the brakes and brought the bus to a sudden stop, thereby blocking the forward vision and passage of the car in which she was riding...
