This action was brought by the plaintiff Cora Elizabeth Happy, mother and administratrix of the decedent Sam Roberts Happy, and also the named beneficiary in the policy of insurance herein sued upon, to recover of the defendant United States of America under a Government life insurance policy insuring the life of Sam Roberts Happy in the amount of $10,000.
