The car involved was purchased by one Louis Buono of Passaic, Passaic County, New Jersey on December 16, 1939, from Midtown Motors, Incorporated, of Clifton, Passaic County, New Jersey. The sale was consummated in Clifton where the parties signed a conditional sales contract...
