This is an appeal of Salvatore Loiacano, p.p.a., one of the intervening petitioners, from the final decree and order for distribution entered in the District Court for the District of Massachusetts on July 19, 1940.

The vessel Josephine & Mary is a two masted fishing vessel and was owned of record by Joseph Pallazolo, who was also the master of the vessel. She was built, however, for Pallazolo and his brother-in-law, Jerome Loiacano...
