This is a motion for an order dismissing, setting aside and quashing the indictment against the defendant.

The indictment was handed up by the March, 1941, Grand Jury. In it, the defendant is charged with conspiracy in bankruptcy in violation of subdivision b(1) of Section 52 of Title 11 U.S.C.A.
