This cause involves the foreclosure of a trust deed upon the water plant of the City of Sesser and delivery of same under decree of strict foreclosure in satisfaction of the debt to the plaintiff trustee and a proposed sale by the trustee to the City of Sesser under a provision of the decree of foreclosure.
