The appellants, as trustees of a bondholders' committee having title to pastdue bonds and coupons of the City of Pompano, Florida, brought an action to recover on them, to compel the City to lay and collect taxes to pay them, and for a declaration that all of the lands described in the City's last charter, Chapter 13324 of the Florida Special Acts of 1927, was subject to taxation therefor, and for a mandatory injunction to assess them.
